Vice President of People and Culture

Belinda Peavey is responsible for helping RSG create an inspiring workplace where staff feel connected, recognized, and respected. She has experience in executive coaching, leadership and team development, employee engagement, strategic planning, and organizational system design and transformation. She has worked in a variety of industries, including academia, healthcare, engineering, manufacturing, and the public sector/government.

Before joining RSG in 2019, Belinda operated an independent consultancy practice and was the Vice President of Organizational and Employee Development for Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health. She was also a co-developer of the Bill and Sue Conaty Institute for Transformational Health Care Leadership. The institute is a collaboration between Dartmouth-Hitchcock and Dartmouth College and aims to build and strengthen the effectiveness of interprofessional healthcare leadership teams.

Belinda lives in New Hampshire with her family. Outside of RSG, she enjoys spending time on the lake as she loves boating and water sports. She also enjoys being with family, reading, and commissioning custom wedding dresses.
