Thomas Breen has joined RSG as Vice President of Growth and Development. He brings over three decades of experience leading technical teams, supporting federal transportation studies, and driving growth across transportation-focused software and services.
Throughout his career, Thomas has combined engineering rigor with business strategy to support innovation in aviation systems, noise monitoring, and operational analytics. He has helped organizations identify new opportunities and deliver client-focused solutions.
