Nasarah McKinney supports RSG’s financial operations through her work in payroll and accounting, managing multistate payroll processing, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. She plays a key role in maintaining efficient financial workflows that support day-to-day operations and organizational performance.

Nasarah brings more than eight years of experience across finance, human resources, and operations. Her background includes payroll administration, reconciliations, and financial reporting, along with a strong focus on improving efficiency and streamlining processes. She is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to support both routine operations and evolving organizational needs.

Based in Florida, Nasarah enjoys spending time with family and traveling. In her free time, she can often be found rollerblading along the beach, building Pokémon-themed nanoblock sets, and collecting vintage pieces while capturing moments with her Polaroid camera.
