RSG is thrilled to welcome Christopher (Chris) LeGrand to our Board of Directors. He will work alongside RSG’s internal and external directors to select RSG’s ESOP Trustees, advise management, and help guide our continued growth.
A senior industry executive, Chris brings more than 35 years of experience growing organizations organically and through capital optimization and strategic acquisitions to create shared value. Throughout his career, he has connected vision to strategy and execution to help organizations grow and evolve. Most recently, Chris served as CEO of BroadReach Group. Previously, he held executive roles as President of DAI Global Health, CEO of Futures Group, and President of Constella Health Sciences.

In addition to serving on RSG’s Board of Directors, Chris is a certified executive coach and serves on the boards of multiple organizations. He is also a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on global business leadership, digital health, and regulatory topics.
