RSG Modeling Consultant Ali Etezady to Present on ActivitySim at ASCE Conference

RSG Modeling Consultant Ali Etezady will present at the ASCE Transportation Conferences in Detroit, Michigan, as part of the International Conference on Transportation & Development (ICTD) in partnership with the Michigan Department of Transportation.

Ali’s presentation, “Activity-based Travel Demand Modeling Using Open-source Software: The Case of ActivitySim,” will focus on the use of open-source software to support activity-based travel demand modeling. Drawing on ActivitySim as a case example, Ali will discuss how open-source modeling tools can be applied to advance transportation planning and improve understanding of travel behavior.
