Resource Systems Group, Inc. (RSG) believes that artificial intelligence (AI) technologies lead to enhanced insights and results for our clients. We are committed to using AI responsibly and transparently. This statement outlines our approach to AI use that is ethical, secure, and compliant with applicable laws and RSG’s internal governance framework.
- Governance and Oversight. RSG has established an AI Steering Committee responsible for overseeing all AI activities across the organization. The Committee has developed internal policies and processes to govern the ethical, legal, fair, and responsible use of AI, including the adoption of an internal AI Acceptable Use Policy.
- Privacy. Please see RSG’s privacy policy for information about how we use Personal Information in algorithmic analysis and consumer modeling, which may be performed by AI systems.
- Data Security. RSG applies appropriate security practices to all AI and data handling activities to protect information from unauthorized access, alteration, or misuse.
- Transparency. Using high-level explanations and appropriate disclosures, RSG aims to ensure that clients understand the value AI adds to our work and the role of human review and validation in achieving results for our clients.
- Training. RSG provides training to all personnel who use AI in the delivery of client services.
