Zoe Hellman supports survey research and data analytics projects at RSG. She brings expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methods, including latent class analysis, weighting, data visualization, and focus group facilitation. Zoe contributes to projects that assess customer satisfaction, travel behavior, and access to transportation services. Her technical skills include R, Python, and SPSS.
Zoe rejoined RSG as an analyst following her internship with the firm, during which she completed her senior thesis on transportation market segmentation for the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority. She has since contributed to projects across the country, including studies for Florida’s Turnpike Enterprise, Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART), SANDAG, Metro Transit, and NJ TRANSIT. She also supported national research estimating recreational travel demand through a study sponsored by the National Cooperative Highway Research Program.
