Terri Emmer Cook leads firmwide efforts to cultivate client relationships, pursue strategic opportunities, and foster a culture of collaboration across technical and marketing teams. With more than 25 years of experience spanning environmental planning, marketing strategy, and firm growth, Terri brings a unique combination of insight, leadership, and pragmatism to every conversation.
At RSG, Terri has helped shape an integrated approach to pursuit strategy, bridging the gaps between project delivery, marketing, and customer relationship management systems. Her leadership is marked by her ability to align teams around shared goals while respecting their differences in priorities, workflows, and perspectives. Her background in both technical consulting and client engagement allows her to translate between the “front lines” of business development and the operational needs of the firm. Terri finds satisfaction in making order out of chaos.
When not working, she can be found hiking the trails of New Hampshire and Vermont or baking treats for family and friends.
