Teddy Lin has experience in forecasting, activity-based modeling, household travel survey design and weighting, long-range transportation planning, and transit network planning. At RSG, he leads the development and application of travel demand models to support data-driven planning decisions. His work spans model estimation, calibration, validation, scenario development, and visualization using platforms such as ActivitySim, Emme, PTV Visum, TransCAD, and Cube.

Teddy has developed innovative modeling approaches, evaluated and enhanced existing models, and produced technical documentation, including model development reports and user guides. He has mentored junior staff in household travel survey processing, network development, and model application. As an adviser on numerous household travel survey projects, Teddy brings forward-thinking perspectives on how data can be used effectively to support transportation modeling and planning.

Teddy is a licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Canada. His commitment to quality, innovation, and collaboration has made him a trusted partner in projects that shape regional mobility strategies.
