Rachel Rock supports RSG’s travel behavior research through her work on survey research projects, focusing on data processing, programming tasks, and implementing client requests across datasets. Her attention to detail and commitment to improving data quality help ensure the success of high-profile transportation surveys across the country.
At RSG, Rachel has supported household and mobility surveys for agencies including the New York City Department of Transportation, the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning, the Michigan Department of Transportation, the Puget Sound Regional Council, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Madison County Council of Governments, and the cities of Calgary, Edmonton, and Anchorage. She collaborates with project teams to optimize survey performance and data collection workflows, ensuring smooth operations.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys reading psychological research, hiking in the Arizona mountains, baking, and crocheting.
