Miles Echavez supports RSG’s technology infrastructure and provides key technical assistance to internal teams. In his role, he helps maintain system reliability, manage access and permissions, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure that RSG’s digital tools operate smoothly and securely.
Drawing on a background in technical support and systems problem-solving, Miles brings strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and a customer-service orientation to his work. Miles particularly enjoys the hands-on aspects of enterprise IT, including managing FortiClient VPN, Microsoft Intune, and other security tools.
Based in Vermont, Miles has a deep love for animals and can be found playing video games, a lifelong passion that sparked his early interest in technology and continues to inspire his work today.
