Maggie Kochman supports transportation and land-use planning projects with expertise in geospatial analysis, stakeholder engagement, and visual communication. At RSG, she works with public agencies to transform complex datasets into actionable insights through interactive tools, dashboards, and data visualizations. Her project experience spans freight and rail planning, shared parking analysis, survey data augmentation, and long-range transportation planning.

Maggie’s background in urban planning and environmental health enables her to integrate technical tools like GIS and Python with community-focused approaches that support informed decision-making. She has led the development of evaluation frameworks and contributed to regional freight assessments, pedestrian and bicycle studies, and public involvement strategies. Her work helps clients evaluate infrastructure investments, prioritize projects, and enhance transportation system equity and performance.

Maggie holds a Human Research IRB Certification from the Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative Program.
