Luke Gordon has expertise in travel demand modeling, count data analysis, and spatial data processing. He develops and calibrates regional and statewide models to support transportation planning and investment decisions. Luke’s technical background includes Python, R, ArcGIS, TransCAD, and PTV Visum, with a focus on custom tool development and data automation.
At RSG, Luke has supported projects for state departments of transportation, metropolitan planning organizations, and regional councils across the country. His work includes building multimodal networks, integrating passively collected data sources, and creating scenario-based outputs to inform infrastructure planning. He also contributes to model conversions and enhancements that improve functionality and usability.
Based in the Pacific Northwest, Luke is known for translating complex modeling processes into practical, decision-ready insights.
