Liz Jaiyeoba supports RSG’s human resources and organizational operations. In her role, she helps maintain efficient HR processes, fosters positive employee experiences, and ensures that RSG’s systems and practices align with both organizational needs and compliance standards.
She brings a strong background in human resources, public health, and program coordination, with expertise in stakeholder engagement and organizational support. Liz holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, which recognizes her mastery of the technical and operational aspects of HR management, including knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
Liz enjoys personal development through reading, listening to podcasts, and taking long walks. She has a deep curiosity and love for research and is always eager to learn something new.
