John Olsweksi is a systems architect, software developer, and project manager with decades of experience translating client needs into effective solutions. At RSG, he plays a key role in the development of rMove®, RSG’s location-aware market research app. He brings a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and management perspective to every project, ensuring client solutions are strategic, actionable, and successful. In addition to his work on rMove®, John is deeply involved in RSG’s AI initiatives, managing the firm’s AI committee, leading its first AI retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline proof of concept, and guiding his development team in adopting strategic and responsible AI coding practices.
Before joining RSG, John co-developed an AI-informed platform to generate radiation therapy treatment plans for cancer patients through a grant from the National Institutes of Health. He partnered with three nationally recognized medical centers on the project. He has served as Chief Technology Officer for Subtext Media and led his own custom development company for many years, delivering technology-driven solutions and managing high-performing teams.
John lives in Norwich, Vermont, with his wife Eileen, where they raised their three sons. Outside of work, he plays music, hikes and bikes local trails, and sails his O’Day Mariner on Mascoma Lake with friends and family.
