Jillian Prusa brings extensive hands-on experience in market research, having designed and delivered hundreds of studies for public and private sector clients. She excels in both quantitative and qualitative methods. Her project work includes studies on customer, resident, and voter sentiment, as well as message testing, customer segmentation, brand perceptions, campaign and advertising tracking, and service and program evaluation.
At RSG, Jillian works with agencies to produce data-driven insights that support transportation, energy, and public policy goals. She has led projects focused on customer feedback, transit and service evaluations, and strategic planning. Before joining RSG, she served as a research director at both a political consulting firm and a market research consultancy, where she supported public agency clients on issues ranging from transit and education to agriculture and energy infrastructure.
Jillian is known for combining methodological rigor with strategic storytelling, transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. She is based in Denver.
