James Sullivan is a solution-driven expert with extensive experience in data collection, modeling, and analytics. He specializes in developing innovative approaches that provide data-driven insights to inform land-use planning and infrastructure development. James has supported federal, state, and municipal agencies by applying advanced analytical techniques such as network optimization, logistics, machine learning, geostatistics, and statistical testing to address complex challenges.

His approach to work reflects a favorite quote: “Research is seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what nobody else has thought.” In his spare time, James enjoys exploring new cities, playing disc golf, and hiking and canoeing in the Adirondacks. He lives in Burlington, Vermont.
