His experience includes serving as the lead analyst on major household travel surveys in Massachusetts and Utah, where he contributed to sampling strategies, survey programming, and data processing. James has also supported projects in Ohio, Texas, California, and the Puget Sound region, with responsibilities including dashboard development, spatial data integration, and R package creation.
He brings a detail-oriented approach to each project, ensuring data integrity while developing tools and insights that support agency needs.
