Eric Ferland supports RSG’s IT infrastructure, cloud systems, and security operations. With experience in information technology, he brings deep expertise in infrastructure management, automation, and identity systems that help ensure RSG’s technology environment remains secure, reliable, and scalable.
Throughout his career, Eric has led projects focused on virtualization, disaster recovery, and network security across both cloud and hybrid environments. He is skilled in platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and VMware, and leverages automation and scripting to streamline workflows and strengthen operational resilience.
Based in New Hampshire, Eric enjoys exploring artificial intelligence and automation projects, traveling, and spending time outdoors in the state’s lakes region. An avid motorcycling enthusiast and former ultra-endurance athlete, he continues to stay active through running and hiking.
