Her technical skills include R, SQL, and Python, which she uses to analyze data and develop tools that support client goals.
At RSG, Eliana has contributed to national and regional projects involving toll forecasting, origin-destination studies, and service planning. Her experience includes risk analysis using Monte Carlo simulations, the development of forecasting tools, and synthesis of survey and literature review data to support airport and rail planning.
