Dana Parrish leads RSG’s people strategy, aligning human resources practices with the firm’s growth, culture, and operational goals. With more than a decade of experience building and scaling human resources functions, she brings a thoughtful, business-minded approach to talent planning, performance management, and organizational development.
At RSG, Dana focuses on creating an employee experience that fosters engagement, equity, and long-term success. She works closely with leadership across the firm to implement programs that support learning, accountability, and collaboration. Known for her ability to build trust and navigate change with empathy and clarity, Dana helps ensure that RSG’s strategy supports both individual fulfillment and business performance.
Dana holds senior-level certifications in the human resources field, including Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional, Senior Professional in Human Resources, and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.
Based outside of Raleigh, North Carolina, Dana enjoys strength training, cooking, hiking, and reading.
