Dakota Icenhour supports RSG’s human resources processes and fosters a positive workplace culture. He manages a range of HR functions, including employee onboarding, learning and development, HR systems, and compliance, all while helping support day-to-day operations.
With experience in recruitment, learning and development, and employee relations, Dakota brings strong communication skills, adaptability, and a solutions-focused approach to his work. He is a Senior Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management. His background spans talent management, training design, and employee engagement, contributing to a stronger employee experience and supporting RSG’s long-term success.
Based in Virginia, Dakota enjoys raising his two daughters and pretending to be a wizard on Friday nights.
