Brian Froeb

Senior Analyst

Brian Froeb supports RSG’s planning and analytics work by integrating land use and transportation planning with advanced data science methods. He develops efficient and transferable analytical tools using GIS and other data techniques to ensure plans are backed by strong technical evidence. Brian also turns complex analyses into clear, actionable insights through both static and interactive reports and visualizations.

At RSG, Brian contributes to national and regional transportation planning efforts and supports the development and use of the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) Simplified Trips-on-Project Software (STOPS) model. He designs workflows that make large datasets easier to use and communicates results clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences.

Brian lives in North Carolina with his wife and two cats. He enjoys kayaking and hiking, and when not outdoors he is an avid reader and musician.
