Brenda LeBlanc serves as a key liaison between RSG’s finance team, project managers, and clients. She helps ensure financial processes run smoothly by managing invoicing, reporting, and audit preparation. Brenda works closely with clients’ finance departments to provide required documentation, including invoices, progress reports, and contract updates, helping maintain transparency and accuracy in every engagement.
In addition to her client-facing work, Brenda supports RSG’s internal finance operations by assisting with bank reconciliations, managing tickets through the firm’s financial systems, and mentoring new employees. With experience in office management and deep expertise in Deltek Vantagepoint, she brings strong analytical skills and attention to detail to her work.
Outside of work, Brenda enjoys spending time with her five grandchildren, hiking with her older grandsons and her three dogs, and cheering them on at sporting events. She also loves gardening, baking, and jewelry making.
