Alta Thuesen supports transportation research and modeling efforts through data management, statistical analysis, and process automation. At RSG, she contributes to household travel surveys and other projects that use location-based data to inform transportation planning. Her work includes cleaning and validating complex datasets, developing reproducible workflows, and assisting study participants to ensure accurate responses and high-quality study outputs.
Alta brings expertise in applied statistics and computational mathematics, with experience using R, Python, SQL, and GIS tools. She is particularly interested in ensuring that data-driven processes are both rigorous and scalable, enabling clear and actionable insights for clients.
