Alex Bell brings extensive experience developing and applying innovative tools to support transportation and land-use planning. At RSG, he leads projects for federal, state, and regional clients, with a focus on accessibility modeling, equity analysis, and the integration of freight and land use. His work helps clients better understand mobility patterns and make strategic, data-informed planning decisions.
Alex draws on deep subject matter knowledge and technical acumen to translate complex datasets into actionable insights. His project experience includes the development of web-based tools, geoprocessing toolkits, and spatial analyses that support multimodal planning and transit-oriented development. He has contributed to planning initiatives across the country, including corridor planning in Florida, transit-oriented development studies in the Carolinas, and multimodal investment analysis in Virginia.
