Steve leads RSG’s team of 20+ consultants who deliver marketing strategy work for corporate clients. He has over 20 years of experience managing all aspects of strategic research-based consulting engagements for major US corporations. Steve assists clients in addressing a range of challenges to create and support growth strategies, with particular depth of experience in product and service development, market entry, market segmentation, and value proposition development. Steve is skilled at framing strategic issues, identifying appropriate research approaches and conducting analyses that result in meaningful business insights.

Steve resides in the Chicago area and enjoys spending time with his two young daughters, learning more about princesses & fairies than he ever imagined possible, playing basketball, and volunteering with the local Alaskan Malamute rescue.
