Rick creatively helps teams solve difficult problems. He has provided strategic and operational leadership as a hands-on executive for 30 years. Adept at directing large-scale strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with C-level executives, he has led organizations in the areas of partnership development, sales, and marketing and program management. He served as an external Board member for RSG before being asked to join the team to lead business development efforts in the private sector.
Prior to RSG, he created and led a Strategic Partner program which delivered over 150+ projects to Fortune 500 clients. He has managed strategy consulting projects from framework development through delivery with multi-discipline client teams at Coca-Cola, Home Depot, AT&T, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Northrop Grumman, and IBM.
