Senior Director

Rick creatively helps teams solve difficult problems. He has provided strategic and operational leadership as a hands-on executive for 30 years. Adept at directing large-scale strategic initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with C-level executives, he has led organizations in the areas of partnership development, sales, and marketing and program management. He served as an external Board member for RSG before being asked to join the team to lead business development efforts in the private sector.

Prior to RSG, he created and led a Strategic Partner program which delivered over 150+ projects to Fortune 500 clients. He has managed strategy consulting projects from framework development through delivery with multi-discipline client teams at Coca-Cola, Home Depot, AT&T, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Northrop Grumman, and IBM. He has also applied his strategy consulting expertise to help non-profits, facilitating strategic planning sessions at the Board level for the American Cancer Society, Atlanta Ballet, Georgia Conservancy, Metro Atlanta Arts & Culture Coalition, Theatrical Outfit, and Moving In The Spirit.

Rick likes to ride his bike (he rode it across the country in 2017), see over 100 bands in concert each year, and try out new recipes from his large collection of cookbooks.
