Joann Lynch

Senior Consultant

Joann primarily conducts transportation market research for public agencies. With a focus on travel behavior, she leads studies that inform these agencies’ transportation planning and modeling practices.

As a project manager, she helps them perform innovative research and impactful analysis on day-to-day travel patterns and emerging transportation trends. She specializes in particular in the design and management of smartphone-based transportation studies using RSG’s app, rMove™.

Outside of work, Joann is an avid hiker, aspiring home chef, and seizes any opportunity to explore a new city.
